2. Transparent Written Quotes & Work Authorization

In accordance with Pennsylvania HICPA requirements, all plumbing repair and replacement estimates are delivered directly by independent technicians following an on-site diagnostic evaluation. Homeowners receive an itemized, written flat-rate quote prior to the commencement of any work. Work will only proceed upon your explicit authorization.

3. Licensing, Insurance, & Liability

All dispatched contractors maintain active Pennsylvania HICPA registrations, commercial general liability coverage (minimum $500,000), and state-mandated workers' compensation insurance.
